Eligibility for Refunds

1. Not Approved by the Doctor

  • If you are not approved by a licensed Montana medical marijuana physician during your evaluation, you will receive a full refund of your appointment fee.

2. Appointment Cancellations

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment may be eligible for a refund or free rescheduling.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior may not qualify for a refund.

3. Billing Errors or Duplicate Charges

  • If a technical error results in a duplicate payment, we will process a full refund once verified.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Some fees are non-refundable due to state regulations and service limitations:

  • Fees paid directly to the Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services (DPHHS) for state registration are non-refundable.
  • Missed appointments (“no-shows”) are not eligible for refunds.
  • Patients who receive a physician certification but do not complete their state application are not eligible for refunds.

How Refunds Are Processed

  • Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
