1. Not Approved by the Doctor
- If you are not approved by a licensed Montana medical marijuana physician during your evaluation, you will receive a full refund of your appointment fee.
2. Appointment Cancellations
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment may be eligible for a refund or free rescheduling.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior may not qualify for a refund.
3. Billing Errors or Duplicate Charges
- If a technical error results in a duplicate payment, we will process a full refund once verified.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Some fees are non-refundable due to state regulations and service limitations:
- Fees paid directly to the Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services (DPHHS) for state registration are non-refundable.
- Missed appointments (“no-shows”) are not eligible for refunds.
- Patients who receive a physician certification but do not complete their state application are not eligible for refunds.
